Once offers have been approved by vacation owners, transfer services are provided by industry professionals in accordance with Resorts' requirements around the globe.
The use of In-Trust accounts to collect sale monies in the currencies in which offers are received (currently available in Euros, USD or CAD) are regulated as per the Provincial Consumer Protection Agency.
Our flat fee structure assures sellers to get paid their net amount upon transfers completion.
Our fee structure has been divided in two parts: 1) to cover the initial set-up and advertising cost and 2) selling flat fee payable only upon successful transfers.
Sellers do not have to renew their advertisement and ads can be reviewed from time to time upon request at no additional charge. Our selling fee is deducted from the total amount of the sale paid by the buyers. As a result, Timesharing Style clients will never be asked to disburse any money upfront to finalize the sale of their timeshares.
Sellers may accept, decline or counter-offer any offer they receive without penalty and no question asked!
