Our Advertising and Marketing Services Assistance to Vacation Owners and Sellers
Our advertising services are fee‑based. Upon request, we will provide you with a personalized fee schedule and scope of services. You will only be charged after you have reviewed and confirmed the proposed service terms and agreed pricing.

Our services are fee-based. Clients who wish to advertise their property or receive marketing assistance will receive a detailed service proposal, including pricing and terms, before any payment is requested.
No payment is processed without prior client approval.

- 3. We present service options and fees. Additional forms will be submitted for further details.
- 4. You confirm your acceptance and make payment thru the various methods of payment offered.
- 5. We begin marketing your property online.

Fees and Payment
Our services are offered for a fee. When you choose to advertise your property for sale or engage our marketing assistance, we will review your submission, provide a detailed service proposal including fees, and begin work only after you confirm and make payment. All services are governed by the Terms and Conditions and policies available on this site.
All fees are clearly communicated and agreed upon before any payment is made.
Payment is required prior to the commencement of services.
What to Expect
Depending on the selected service, clients receive:
- Property listing on our platform in English and in French
- Marketing exposure to potential buyers around the globe who contact us first. We screen serious requests from the curious ones.
- Assistance in presenting your property, explaining the timeshare concept, exchange networks.
- Ongoing communication regarding inquiries and facilitates Purchase Proposals which in turn are forwarded to the sellers.
- Sellers will never be asked to disburse any money to finalize the sale. Our selling fee is a retainer on the sale.

OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LIKE NO OTHER
Clients at Timesharing Style can count on our expertise for any question regarding usage or assistance in relation to offers they may receive from third parties.
Once offers have been approved by vacation owners, transfer services are provided by industry professionals in accordance with Resorts' requirements around the globe. We do not act as a broker, escrow agent, or financial intermediary.
The use of In-Trust accounts to collect sale monies in the currencies in which offers are received (currently available in Euros, USD or CAD) are regulated as per the Quebec Consumer Protection Agency.
Our flat fee structure assures sellers to get paid their net amount upon transfers completion.
Our fee structure consists of:
- An initial setup and advertising fee, and
- A performance‑based fee payable upon successful transfer of the property.
We will communicate all applicable fees clearly before any payment is requested. Payment must be received in full before we begin any marketing or transfer services.
Our fee structure has been divided in two parts: 1) to cover the initial set-up and advertising cost and 2) selling flat fee payable only upon successful transfers.
Sellers do not have to renew their advertisement and ads can be reviewed from time to time upon request at no additional charge. Our selling fee is deducted from the total amount of the sale paid by the buyers. As a result, Timesharing Style clients will never be asked to disburse any money upfront to finalize the sale of their timeshares.
Sellers may accept, decline or counter-offer any offer they receive without penalty and no question asked!
