This timeshare for sale by owners offers 2 prime time weeks in summer with floating flexibility that allows booking anytime during the year in Prime seasons. The first week offers Prime Golf season and the other is available every other even year in Prime time also. Both weeks can be sold together at the posted price or sold separately for 12500cad (Prime Golf) and 7500cad for the biennial even-year week in prime time.

The Fairmont Vacation Villas at Riverside are conveniently situated next to Highway 95 providing an easy access to the neighbouring tourist attractions. The resort offers multiple on-site recreational activities, including a water park, that makes this property well suited for guests who are travelling with children or those who prefer a more active vacation resort.  Other on-site amenities include a convenience store, a fitness centre (with group exercise classes), an indoor pool, a recreation centre (including tennis courts) and a games room. This property also features an outdoor water park which includes three-storey waterslides and a large outdoor pool.

The Riverside Golf Resort is adjacent to the resort and can be seen from your balcony. The town area, which features shopping and restaurants, is about a 5-minute drive away. Close by are also The Funtasia Park (amusement park); The Fairmont Hot Springs and the Fairmont ski hill is about a 10-minute drive away. There are several provincial and national parks located within a 60-minute drive of this resort.  

All villas are non-smoking and fully furnished. Each villa includes a full kitchen, an entertainment system and flat screen TV in the living room, a bathroom with a jetted tub, free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, a private deck with a BBQ, a flat screen TV in the master bedroom and individual climate control. Most villas feature two bedrooms which are furnished with one king or one queen bed.
