This timeshare for sale by owners is located in Santa Eulalia, the third largest town on the island of Ibiza. Popular with island residents, but also a much sought after resort by those desiring a quieter holiday, with many attractions for the more discerning visitor. The quaint village of Santa Eulalia attracts holidaygoers with its broad beaches, a palm fringed promenade, a fantastic choice of restaurants and great shopping. The seafront promenade is the most prominent feature of the Santa Eulalia village.  It spans the length of the wide, smoke-free beach, adorned with palm trees, miniature gardens and a large fountain. Facing the sea, walk along to the right to the Santa Eulalia Bay beach, where the only river in the Balearics runs into the sea. Located directly on the promenade, and overlooking the marina in the idyllic village of Santa Eulalia, the Es Pueto Resort is close to shops, restaurants, entertainment and only a five-minute walk from the beach. Es Pueto Resort is only a short distance to the Ibiza Town (9 miles/14 km away) where boutiques, shops, bars and restaurants abound amidst this medieval fortress town that will transport you in time with breathtaking mediterranean views and a lively nightlife.

 

This particular program offers 2 fixed consecutive weeks in July in a 2 bedroom apartment.  The apartments are spacious with two full bathrooms, 2 private bedrooms, an open-concept dining and living room where the sofa bed can sleep the additional guests.  The units are tastefully designed and superbly furnished and conveniently equipped with a full kitchen and a private balcony overlooking the Mediterranean sea.  The apartments also comes with a telephone, radio/CD player, satellite television, DVD player, central air conditioning and heating, and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. 

 

The Resort's facilities include an outdoor pool, a sauna, a gymnasium, a game room, and a restaurant.  Es Pueto also offers babysitting referral, a bar/cocktail lounge, car rentals, and laundry facilities. The beach and the marina are located within a 5 minute walk where lots of outdoor and watersport activities are available such as sailing and boating rentals, scuba diving, fishing and waterskiing, while other activities such as bicycle trails, golf, grocery/convenience stores, horseback riding, racquetball and tennis can be accessed within a short drive. Several interesting excursions that explore the resort's beautiful surroundings can also be provided.  Nightlife in Santa Eulalia is more laid-back than in Ibiza Town.  People go out for a nice meal, then stroll along the lovely promenade and to enjoy a nightcap.
