This timeshare program for sale by its owners offers a fixed week in mid-September that coincides with the multicolored landscapes of the fall. The Laurentians are simply spectacular in September and several fall festivals are taking place throughout the region to revive seasonal activities until Thanksgiving. New owners will stay at either properties of Club Privilège, in a one (1) bedroom apartment that can accommodate up to four (4) people. Both properties provide an ideal location to enjoy a relaxing late summer vacation. The spacious one (1) bedroom unit offers a fully equipped kitchen, a private bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room to accommodate guests.

 

Club Privilege allows its members to deposit their week internally to either postpone its use at other times of the year in red season, or to deposit in the RCI exchange network to access more than 4000 resorts in more than 100 countries around the world. The current owners have accumulated several weeks in the bank and are ready to include them in the transaction.

 

September offers the best of both worlds, as most of the families and the tourist crowd will have left the resort for the start of the school year, this will be the perfect time to enjoy a quieter time to shop and eat. The temperature is still summery and is ideal for enjoying outdoor activities such as golf, swimming and cycling; visit the national park for hiking, fishing, horseback riding or enjoy their wildlife observatories. Take the Mont-Tremblant gondola to enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view of the Laurentians and descend the mountain via a toboggan run.
