The Mittersill Alpine Resort combines its rustic charm with modern conveniences.  Guests will enjoy the many historical sights and outdoor activities in the heart of New Hampshire's White Mountain National Forest, including the first tramway in North America, The Cannon Mountain Aerial Tramway.  Located within minutes from all area attractions, including nearby hiking and biking trails, the Resort is located by the Cannon/Mittersill Mountain Ski Area. The Cannon Mountain is a medium sized ski resort that offers skiers an impressive 654 metres (2146 feet) of vertical descent and offers 180 acres of terrain with 60 trails with a total length of 37 kilometers (23 miles).
