The Beach House at Playa Dorada by Faranda Hotels, formerly known as Playa Naco Golf and Tennis Resort, has a mandatory all-inclusive policy with very reasonable rates (48usd - all year round and children under 12 get 50% off the adult rate).  The resort offers a variety of international buffet-style cuisines for breakfast, lunch and dinner.  

This attractive resort lies directly on the long fine sand beach and is located close to the tourist area of Playa Dorada.  You will be within  a few minutes walk from the shopping and restaurant area and about 5 km from the centre. Puerto Plata can easily reached within a 10 km drive. This particular ownership offers its fixed unit for the 3 weeks and has its own balcony with an ocean view.  This light and tastefully decorated studio has a bar-fridge, is spacious and air conditioned with a complete bathroom.   

The resort amenities feature various facilities including a gym centre and a large pool, sun loungers and parasols by the pool and on the beach available at no extra cost, a sauna and a hot tub, tennis courts, a game room with table tennis and billiard.  The hotel provides a 24-hour reception desk, a TV room and Internet access.  Services on site include a hairdresser salon, a small supermarket, a cozy bar and a restaurant and laundry services.  Playa Dorada is well known for its various water sports including windsurfing and sailing which are offered on the beach.
