This vacation ownership offers access to 4 Resorts in the Riviera Maya and Cancun Area.  The Royal Sunset, The Sunset Marina Resort & Yacht Club (formerly the Sunset Lagoon), the Sunset Fisherman in Playa Del Carmen and the Hacienda Tres Rios in the Riviera Maya.   This ownership is renewable every 5 years at the 50% of the cost of the current dues then.  Meal Plans are available as optional or mandatory depending on the Resort.
