This timeshare for sale by owners is a beach-front property that offers a full-service spa.  Located at the beautiful VIK Hotel Cayena Beach, guests will have direct access to the immaculate beach of Bávaro, Punta Cana. This area is renowned for its gorgeous Caribbean beaches, tranquil waters, and its diversity of outdoor activities.

Owners will be able to book floating time under this Gold membership (any time during the year including Holidays and Easter Time) with discounted meal-plan (approx 40us/day/pp).  Additional weeks can be booked for people wishing to spend several consecutive weeks per year.  Pay the annual dues and book additional weeks.

The resort's on-site amenities will allow guests to swim, play tennis, ride horses, scuba dive, enjoy a wide range of spa and gym services, and, of course, sunbathe. A casino is close by, along with several golf courses and a convenient market.  VIK Hotel Cayena Beach is all-inclusive, requiring the purchase of a meal plan, payable to the resort.  All-inclusive plan includes free access to the 4 on-site restaurants: 2 à-la-carte restaurants with International cuisine and Italian specialties and 2 other restaurants offering Buffet-style, fast food and snacks as well as to 4 on-site bars for a variety of breverages.

All suites can accommodate up to 4 people and offer flat screen televisions with cable channels, free wireless internet access, air conditioning and separate sitting areas.
