The way results were compiled was that for each question the score was added, then divided by the number of participants, therefore averaging the results for each question.

Question 2:  Before attending a presentation to a timeshare product, how do you rate your feeling?
Average result to question 2:  2.75 

Question 3:   After attending a presentation how would you rate the overall experience?
Average result to question 3:  2.75  

Question 4:  If you already own timeshare, how do you rate your level of satisfaction ?
Average result to question 4:  3.25

Question 5:  If you’re not an owner, how would you rate owning a vacation package based on people you know who own?
Average result to question 5:  2.50
